I’m Anna Chekryshova — a photographer and mentor with a background in leading teams and building structures in some of the world’s fastest-moving industries.
For nearly 4 years at Fintech company, I’ve worked as a Customer Success Lead and Payment Operations Team Lead, where I:
- Built and scaled processes for teams working with complex, API-integrated solutions
- Designed KPIs, roadmaps, and strategies
- Led change management initiatives and internal scaling projects
- Hired, coached, and developed high-performing teams
- Optimized workflows to balance growth, efficiency, and people
Before fintech, I worked in the shipping industry, managing operations and customer support teams. That taught me how to handle complexity, keep people aligned, and deliver under pressure.
At the same time, I grew my photography business from zero in under a year — shaping everything from brand and pricing to client experience and delivery. I know what it feels like to build something from scratch while balancing creativity with structure.

What is the cost of the mentoring session?
The first mentoring session is €200. We usually spend extra time in this session, as it’s where we dive deep into the fundamentals of your business and identify the key blockers to growth.
If you’re a photographer, this can also include a portfolio and social media review. For other creatives and professionals, we’ll focus on building clarity around your goals, shaping a roadmap, and defining your next concrete steps.
Follow-up session costs 100€/hour — we can review your home tasks and explore any further topics where my experience can help you grow
What will I learn?
Each mentoring session is tailored to your needs. Before we meet, we’ll have a short exchange where you can share what you’d like to walk away with. Together, we’ll focus on the outcomes that matter most to you — whether that’s clarity in your direction, practical next steps, or a new perspective on what’s holding you back.
